- Doubtful, very doubtful. Railroad tracks are grounded at semi-regular
- distances up and down the tracks. Unless the frequency exactly matched
- the distance between the grounds it would have very poor performance.

- I've been saving the 2 line element sets from this newsgroup and
- they are NOT working with stsorbit plus. I remove the info before the
- actual set and the program will not read it. I don't quite understand
- why. Any help would be appreciated through e-mail. In the meantime,
- I'll have to go elsewhere for the latest sets. Thanks!

- Hello,
- I have never read this newsgroup, and only recently dug up an old Sky&Tel
- in which there are plans for making a directional antenna to observe Jupiter.
- The problem is that my short wave radio broke down. Does anyone have any
- ideas of how to get one for one day only ? (the Shoemaker-Levy vs. Jup.)
- I was thinking of buying one and then returning it. Any help and extra info
- on how to observe this event (frequency ?) would be greatly appreciated.
- Thanks.
